Skrg nie ramai org bisnes dari rumah. Maklumlah rental cost kat KL ni getting from weird to ridiculous. But of course there's a setback jugak. Unfortunately our homes are not equipped for the necessary surge in activity especially electricity and water. So kena be extra careful le. Mana2 boleh jangan pakai alat letrik espectially at industrial consumption.

Fire extinguisher ngan fire hose reel tu kena on standby 24 hours. Takut bila tembak angin je yang keluar. Kalau mampu kena pasang smoke/heat detector le. Super sharp items pun kena simpan baik2 coz the kids have too many projects in hand. Tukang masak and Tukang jahit memang kena amik extra precaution bukan apa sediakan umbrella sebelum ribut.

Safety First...bukanje for oil and gas dan aviation. Basic bisnes pun harus ada mentality yang sama. Kitorg kat Mak Andak belum la ada HSE Dept lagi. But of course taking double precaution on electricity cables ngan paip2 usang tu.

Anyways, hati2 and sleep tight.

Daging Salai Masak Cili Api

FYI we have now moved to Plan B on menu masakan kekampung. Masih lagi masak lemak tapi tukar initi instead of ikan sepat tukar lak daging salai. For meat eaters this is celebration from the usual avian dish macam ayam masak merah. Kena lak ulam and sambal belacan.. puuuhh. Meletup bro. And by the way its healthy coz the fat and hopefully the cholestrol semo dah cair masa dok salai tu.

For your info, kita salai sendiri. Not one of those production centres where u get overpriced and hundred year old packages. Ni semo fresh from the farm. So apa lagi pick up those phones and give us a thinker.

Goodbye Mr Phelps AKA Mission Impossible

Just reminding ourselves that we are mortals. Did you remember Peter Graves as Mr Phelps in Mission Impossible in the 70's. The " This message will self destruct in 10 or was it 5 seconds?" Used to remember the thingamajigs that they used in the show. That time state of the art la. Of course its so comical watching the reruns today. What with CGI. Memories.

Btw I heard that there's a new version of "Clash of the Titans". I remembered the original and it was premiered together with...Guess... Raiders of the Lost Ark!!! Yup the first Indie Jones. Guess who won? We have to remember that acting is foremost in this industry. That's why we have the Oscars. There was a lot of hype on Clash in those days too but Raiders had such a good plot and fantastic actors and of course the 2 maestros, Speilberg and Lucas.

Second round coming i hope they get it right. Anyways goodbye Mr Graves. We ave Tom Cruise now but u started the ball rolling. Salud.

Masak Lemak Ikan Masin Nenas True taste of kekampung

Salam All,
Dewasa ni banyak sangat permintaan untuk masakan ala kampung. Org dah muak makan beriyani ngan nasi minyak kot coz tiap2 minggu ada mempelai baru.

Tapi pikir2kan jugak memang sedap lagi ala kampung ni masak lemak le, masak asam le, kerabu ,ulam2anand my favourite tempoyak. Kalo cik dah makan memang susah dah nak angkat punggung. Kena lak teh tarik, memang menenangkan sambal belacan tu.

lately asik dok masak masak lemak ikan sepat je. Ikan sepat ni kalau tak penyek and dimasinkan memang takde nilai. Tapi kalo dah diadunkan tu its worth its weight in gold. Itulah kuasa Yang Maha Esa. Ikan org putih macam salmon lak walaupun mahal tak leh buat gulai.

So cmon guys kalo tak dapek nak balik kampung orda saje masakan kampung. Terubat rindu tu.

Masuk University

Salam All,
Result SPM baru je keluar. Ada yang excellent, ada yang tak brape excellent. Kita ucap syukur alhamdullilah coz our nephew did very well in his SPM. Tahniah. Yang baik tu semua dari Allah. Sekarang ni bebudak semo tengah tatap komputer isi borang. Yalah zaman2 IT ni tak payah pakai pen. Pen Mont Blanc itu tuk buat gaya je. Pening jugak mak pak yang tak pandai menaip much less nak cari komputer kat belah2 Parit Maridono tu.

Anyways we wish all school leavers good luck. Memang skrg ni susah nak masuk uni coz dah terlalu ramai candidate bukan macam zaman kami dulu. Tapi hati kena tabah n doa jangan putus. Insyallah dapat. Kami pun catering for education dept ngan setengah2 uni kat kl ni. Best years of your life is spent in the uni. So keep the faith n kalo tension sangat just give us a tinker. We'll cook something up for ya.

Cuti sekolah n menikah

Dear All,
Its school holidays again. Guess what,with school holidays the lovebirds pun nak menikah le. Barula pak long, pak ngah, Alang, Andak leh atang. Banyakle ikan masin terjual coz tak sah buat jamuan nikah takde masak lemak ikan masin nenas.

So apa lagi, semoga berbahagia ke akhir hayat. jangan gaduh2 tau. Bila rasa marah ajakle kawan tu makan2 and minum air ais. Sejuk sikit mata memandang. kalau ada rezeki kami and u all bolehlah kita bertemu. Coz we would love to serve u the best.

May your life be filled with abundance of wealth and health. Beautiful Chinese cuisine and ah... not to forget the yearly Yee sang Ritual. Get those chopsticks out!!!

We may not be able to share a meal with you but our hearts and minds are with you guys. Anyways we can always pop into the neighbourhood mamak stall and share a glass of teh tarik and roti canai. Or better yet, we can always cook up a Peranakan dish for youse. So eat, drink and forgot all your worries for a moment. There's another 10 months to worry about business.

So stand up and give that Tiger a big Roar. Gong XI Fa Cai !!!
