Tengah Tahun.... Family Day and Outing

Dear All,
Sedar2 kejam mata bukak mata dah nak masuk tengah tahun. Dont worry folks, review KPI lambat lagi. Let's get some of the extra cocurriculum activity out of our system first. Ni nanti dah Puasa pastu nak Raya lak. Pastu apalagi Bos2 semo dah sedia rotan nak review yearly performance ngan bajet tahun depan.(org Melayu kita panggil UNJURAN... Btw kena pakai perkataan yang betul bila bertata bicara Bahasa kita. Kurangkan MINGLISH tu). I digress...

Anyways skrg ni banyak Co dok organise Family Day le, Treasure Hunt le . Nie benda2 yang kita belajar dalam Management 101 kat Uni dulu. Sekarang dah beranak pinak baru faham sis. Kena lepas tension sikit. Dok tatap computer n getting stuck in traffic jams boleh menjuruskan kita ke alam mental.

And with all these picnics apa lagi, there's bound be to be FOOOOOOD!!!!! By the way thats our Dept. Leave it all to us. Jangan pening 2 pikir pasal makan.... pikir pasal sukaneka budak2 tu and harta karun dalam treasure hunt. Nanti accident pulak bro.

Light Breakfast snacks, Heavy lunches and Sweet tea time bites. Semo ada. Time for you guys to relax and play. Let us take all the burden coz we are not 9-5pmers like u guys. We can take a break on Monday. So insyallah kita jumpe on the road. Foodbusters, that's us.

Cencaru Sumbat

Dua hari lepas buat event kat MINDEF utk abang2 soljar kita, kira khidmat negara la ni. Yala serviceman tu kan main function dia nak protect kita orang awam. The least we can do is bagi diorg makan sedap. Hari tu ada ayam, daging and ikan cencaru. Semo licin tapi demo tak renti2 cakap pasal ikan cencaru sumbat.

Generallismo kata ikan sumbat Mak Andak "A". That's the Air Force lingo for excellent. Diorg ni semo cakap Bahasa singkat je so kitorg sometimes confuse gak.

So Abang2, kakak2 apalagi kita selami sea food lak tapi masih lagi dalam era kekampung. Calling2 la ye.

Safety First..... A reminder

Salam All,
Skrg nie ramai org bisnes dari rumah. Maklumlah rental cost kat KL ni getting from weird to ridiculous. But of course there's a setback jugak. Unfortunately our homes are not equipped for the necessary surge in activity especially electricity and water. So kena be extra careful le. Mana2 boleh jangan pakai alat letrik espectially at industrial consumption.

Fire extinguisher ngan fire hose reel tu kena on standby 24 hours. Takut bila tembak angin je yang keluar. Kalau mampu kena pasang smoke/heat detector le. Super sharp items pun kena simpan baik2 coz the kids have too many projects in hand. Tukang masak and Tukang jahit memang kena amik extra precaution bukan apa sediakan umbrella sebelum ribut.

Safety First...bukanje for oil and gas dan aviation. Basic bisnes pun harus ada mentality yang sama. Kitorg kat Mak Andak belum la ada HSE Dept lagi. But of course taking double precaution on electricity cables ngan paip2 usang tu.

Anyways, hati2 and sleep tight.

Daging Salai Masak Cili Api

FYI we have now moved to Plan B on menu masakan kekampung. Masih lagi masak lemak tapi tukar initi instead of ikan sepat tukar lak daging salai. For meat eaters this is celebration from the usual avian dish macam ayam masak merah. Kena lak ulam and sambal belacan.. puuuhh. Meletup bro. And by the way its healthy coz the fat and hopefully the cholestrol semo dah cair masa dok salai tu.

For your info, kita salai sendiri. Not one of those production centres where u get overpriced and hundred year old packages. Ni semo fresh from the farm. So apa lagi pick up those phones and give us a thinker.

Goodbye Mr Phelps AKA Mission Impossible

Just reminding ourselves that we are mortals. Did you remember Peter Graves as Mr Phelps in Mission Impossible in the 70's. The " This message will self destruct in 10 or was it 5 seconds?" Used to remember the thingamajigs that they used in the show. That time state of the art la. Of course its so comical watching the reruns today. What with CGI. Memories.

Btw I heard that there's a new version of "Clash of the Titans". I remembered the original and it was premiered together with...Guess... Raiders of the Lost Ark!!! Yup the first Indie Jones. Guess who won? We have to remember that acting is foremost in this industry. That's why we have the Oscars. There was a lot of hype on Clash in those days too but Raiders had such a good plot and fantastic actors and of course the 2 maestros, Speilberg and Lucas.

Second round coming i hope they get it right. Anyways goodbye Mr Graves. We ave Tom Cruise now but u started the ball rolling. Salud.

Masak Lemak Ikan Masin Nenas True taste of kekampung

Salam All,
Dewasa ni banyak sangat permintaan untuk masakan ala kampung. Org dah muak makan beriyani ngan nasi minyak kot coz tiap2 minggu ada mempelai baru.

Tapi pikir2kan jugak memang sedap lagi ala kampung ni masak lemak le, masak asam le, kerabu ,ulam2anand my favourite tempoyak. Kalo cik dah makan memang susah dah nak angkat punggung. Kena lak teh tarik, memang menenangkan sambal belacan tu.

lately asik dok masak masak lemak ikan sepat je. Ikan sepat ni kalau tak penyek and dimasinkan memang takde nilai. Tapi kalo dah diadunkan tu its worth its weight in gold. Itulah kuasa Yang Maha Esa. Ikan org putih macam salmon lak walaupun mahal tak leh buat gulai.

So cmon guys kalo tak dapek nak balik kampung orda saje masakan kampung. Terubat rindu tu.
